Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley VPL-B1153F-PJ12AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ledex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yasakawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ledex such as the UO00205SE2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VBM3546 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UTMAHB15ASB by Manufacturer Yasakawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Baldor Brand VM3311T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as VM3554T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available UTSIHB17CC made by Yaskawa as well as the popular V80S4B original spares produced by Sumitomo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U835T042W by Sanyo and VM3554T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VEBM3554T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
